JF DEFENSA FISCAL ADMINISTRATIVA SC, is a civil society legally constituted and in operation in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States as stated in Public Deed number 3,877 dated June 20, 2022, granted before the faith of Mr. Milton Morales Domínguez , Notary Public number 67 in the State of Chiapas, whose first testimony was registered in the Public Registry of Property and Commerce in the city of Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas under registry 229090.

In terms of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulations and the Guidelines of the Privacy Notice. The Holder may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, which allow: 

 

Access your Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data held by JF DEFENSA FISCAL ADMINISTRATIVA SC.
